Steel Fossil

$850 - Measures 43 3/4 x 21 3/4 x 2 1/2 inches. Frame made of steel angle iron and carriage bolts. White backer is a large section of enameled steel from an unknown application. As the enamel chipped and flaked away, it began to rust. The white and rust colors remind me of limestone and the fossils sometimes found in it. The fish is made of sheet steel and steel bar stock. The fish's spine is made from a section of chain similar to what would be found on a motorcycle. This piece is designed to rust further and can be displayed indoors or out doors.
