SOLD – This piece measures 221/2 x 17 x 11/2 inches. The Gold circle is the trunk lid from an early 70’s Oldsmobile Cutlass, the White is from a 70’s Dodge, the Red is from a early 90’s Chevrolet truck, the blue is from a 79 International Harvester Scout II and the “American” emblem is from a 60’s Rambler automobile.
Lately I’ve been studying signs and emblems, this was inspired by several different designs I studied. I wanted it to look like something that came from a larger thing. Often folks would take (steal) emblems from cars and machines because they were a neat design.
